Nogle gange er det faktisk n\u00f8dvendigt at udf\u00f8re adskillige videnskabelige unders\u00f8gelser (rektal unders\u00f8gelse, biopsi, medicinsk billeddannelse osv.), som kan tage lang tid, is\u00e6r i regioner, der er lidt medicinsk isolerede eller i lande, hvor infrastrukturen til at bek\u00e6mpe kr\u00e6ft er ikke veludviklede (og ja, denne artikel er oversat til flere sprog og refereret til i flere udviklingslande).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Derudover \u00f8nsker nogle mennesker ogs\u00e5 at have flere medicinske udtalelser, f\u00f8r de forpligter sig til nogen behandling for prostatakr\u00e6ft.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Under alle omst\u00e6ndigheder er det helt ubestrideligt, at denne periode med tvivl og h\u00e5b udg\u00f8r en afg\u00f8rende periode for enhver person (inklusive familie og k\u00e6re), is\u00e6r p\u00e5 et psykologisk plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det er klart, at selv i de mest udviklede lande mangler der s\u00e6rlig medicinsk og psykologisk st\u00f8tte p\u00e5 dette afg\u00f8rende tidspunkt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Denne periode svarer ofte til den f\u00f8rste psykologiske konfrontation af en person (og deres k\u00e6re) med denne potentielle sygdom. Det er dog muligt at tr\u00e6ne med venner eller oprette en lille gruppe for at motivere sig selv. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fitness har ogs\u00e5 fordelen af at v\u00e6re fuldst\u00e6ndig fleksibel, hvad enten det g\u00e6lder tidsplanen (i l\u00f8bet af dagen, frokostpausen, aftenen osv.), men ogs\u00e5 i intensiteten af dens tr\u00e6ning. Videnskabelig forskning er enig om det absolutte behov for at stoppe forbruget af disse elementer (cigaretter, alkohol, stoffer) s\u00e5 hurtigt som muligt i forbindelse med prostatakr\u00e6ft.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Endelig giver den &quot;sunde&quot; fitness-praksis dig mulighed for at l\u00e6re at dechifrere etiketterne (proteiner, kulhydrater, lipider, vitaminer, fibre osv.) p\u00e5 f\u00f8devarer, der er tilg\u00e6ngelige i supermarkeder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:52px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fitness som psykologisk anker i forhold til sygdom<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Det store problem med den pr\u00e6diagnostiske fase af prostatacancer er, at denne fase af usikkerhed er totalt psykologisk \u00f8del\u00e6ggende for patienter og deres familier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det er faktisk n\u00f8dvendigt at huske, at ordet &quot;kr\u00e6ft&quot; er det mest frygtede ord p\u00e5 de fleste sprog (<em>RJ Donovan, 2003<\/em>). N\u00e5r f\u00f8rst det er udtalt, bliver det hovedfokus for den p\u00e5g\u00e6ldende person og dennes familie. Denne forvr\u00e6ngning bliver hurtigt totalt \u00f8del\u00e6ggende for patientens og hans families moral og dagligdag. Dette ankerpunkt vil dog betinge hele forts\u00e6ttelsen af forholdet til sygdommen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I denne fase af usikkerhed virker det meget interessant at kunne foresl\u00e5 et psykologisk forankringspunkt baseret p\u00e5 en sportslig praksis (det er egentlig ikke n\u00f8dvendigt at detaljere den popularitet og de v\u00e6rdier, som sportsud\u00f8velsen formidler i hele verden), som kan f\u00f8lge patient p\u00e5 lang sigt over for sygdommen og samtidig tilbyde fordelen ved at v\u00e6re fleksibel og modulopbygget.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a tr\u00e6ningspraksis i pr\u00e6diagnosefasen af prostatakr\u00e6ft, skal du v\u00e6re opm\u00e6rksom p\u00e5 simple generelle tegn, indikatorer p\u00e5 en d\u00e5rlig overensstemmelse mellem arbejdsbyrden og den generelle tilstand i \u00f8jeblikket.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En generel tr\u00e6thedstilstand, der varer ved i l\u00f8bet af dagen, intense muskelsmerter ved opv\u00e5gning, vedvarende
