Por\u00e9m, \u00e9 poss\u00edvel treinar com amigos ou criar um pequeno grupo para se motivar. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O fitness tem tamb\u00e9m a vantagem de ser totalmente flex\u00edvel, quer em termos de hor\u00e1rios (durante o dia, intervalo de almo\u00e7o, noite, etc.) mas tamb\u00e9m na intensidade da sua pr\u00e1tica. A investiga\u00e7\u00e3o cient\u00edfica \u00e9 un\u00e2nime na absoluta necessidade de parar o mais rapidamente poss\u00edvel o consumo destes elementos (cigarros, \u00e1lcool, drogas) no contexto do cancro da pr\u00f3stata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por fim, a pr\u00e1tica \u201csaud\u00e1vel\u201d do Fitness permite aprender a decifrar os r\u00f3tulos (prote\u00ednas, hidratos de carbono, l\u00edpidos, vitaminas, fibras, etc.) dos alimentos dispon\u00edveis nos supermercados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:52px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fitness como \u00e2ncora psicol\u00f3gica diante da doen\u00e7a<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>O grande problema da fase pr\u00e9-diagn\u00f3stica do c\u00e2ncer de pr\u00f3stata \u00e9 que essa fase de incerteza \u00e9 totalmente destrutiva psicologicamente para os pacientes e seus familiares.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na verdade, \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio lembrar que a palavra \u201cC\u00e2ncer\u201d \u00e9 a palavra mais temida na maioria das l\u00ednguas (<em>RJ Donovan, 2003<\/em>). Uma vez pronunciada, torna-se o principal foco de preocupa\u00e7\u00e3o da pessoa afetada e de sua fam\u00edlia.
