Ani nebude schopn\u00fd \u00fa\u010dinne poskytova\u0165 regenera\u010dn\u00e9 \u017eiviny svalom po\u010das prirodzenej anabolickej f\u00e1zy (f\u00e1za, kedy sa sval opravuje a obnovuje).
