V\u010dasih vadijo dvakrat ali trikrat na dan vsaj 1 uro (ali celo 2 uri). \u010cas pre\u017eivljajo s skakanjem iz ene vaje v drugo (z ve\u010d kot vpra\u0161ljivimi izvedbami) z malo ali ni\u010d po\u010ditka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Namesto da bi izvajali vajo v izolaciji za posamezno mi\u0161ico za zelo kratek \u010das, porabijo ure za izvajanje in ponavljanje vaj za dvigovanje ute\u017ei. Nobenega dvoma ni, da so bile njegove naprave prava revolucija v svetu fitnesa in imajo vpliv \u0161e danes. Vendar to ni tema. Pristop brez steroidov, obljuba pove\u010danja mi\u0161i\u010dne mase skupaj z resni\u010dnim inovativnim pristopom so me takoj zapeljali. Zato sem po teh principih treniral mesece, ko sem bil zelo mlad. Ampak, objektivno, sem imel malo dodatnega dobi\u010dka v primerjavi s tistim, kar sem pridobil z rednimi treningi. Malce razo\u010darana nad rezultati sem vadbo zamenjala za bolj &#039;tradicionalne&#039;. Kot vsi naravni zdravniki sem imel veliko faz stagnacije, po katerih sem ponovno pre\u0161el na HIT. In to je trajalo leta in leta. V svoji ve\u010d kot 20-letni praksi fitnesa sem eksperimentiral z veliko razli\u010dnimi vrstami vadb. Moj osebni zaklju\u010dek je, da z visoko intenzivnim treningom nisem opazil nobenega posebnega pove\u010danja mi\u0161ic, a vsaki\u010d, ko sem treniral po tem pristopu, sta se moja vzdr\u017eljivost
