Men n\u00e4stan alla av dem hade en sak gemensamt (f\u00f6rutom att ta steroider), de saknade alla andningsf\u00f6rm\u00e5ga och uth\u00e5llighet. Det var v\u00e4ldigt tr\u00e5kigt att se dem andf\u00e5dda efter att ha kl\u00e4ttrat n\u00e5gra trappor. Tyv\u00e4rr \u00e4r detta en ganska logisk konsekvens av denna tr\u00e4ningsstruktur. Arthur Jones var fokuserad p\u00e5 att s\u00e4lja Nautilus-maskiner men hade inga konditionsmaskiner. D\u00e4rf\u00f6r inkluderade hans teori n\u00e4stan inte konditionstr\u00e4ning eller h\u00e4nsyn till uth\u00e5llighet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dessutom ger det faktum att teorin \u00e4r fokuserad p\u00e5 att ge den mest intensiva anstr\u00e4ngningen under en mycket kort tidsperiod idrottare med kroppsanpassningar skr\u00e4ddarsydda f\u00f6r att m\u00f6ta denna stress. S\u00f6mnkvaliteten tenderar ocks\u00e5 att f\u00f6rs\u00e4mras och vilofasen som till\u00e5ter \u00f6verkompensationen \u00e4r d\u00e5 inte s\u00e5 effektiv som den teoretiskt borde vara.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:35px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">N\u00e4r tr\u00e4nar du din cardio?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Oavsett om du \u00e4r en vanlig folk, en professionell idrottare eller en kroppsbyggare, kommer du att beh\u00f6va underh\u00e5lla eller f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttra ditt hj\u00e4rttillst\u00e5nd vid ett eller annat tillf\u00e4lle. D\u00e4rf\u00f6r m\u00e5ste du basera allt p\u00e5 din n\u00e4ring och se till att du bara \u00e4ter det du strikt beh\u00f6ver under dagen. Annars kommer du inte att kunna bli smalare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Detta kr\u00e4ver absolut precision i ditt kaloriintag under dagen, och med tanke p\u00e5 din minskade fysiska aktivitet har du n\u00e4stan ingen felmarginal. B\u00e5da erk\u00e4nde att de hade anv\u00e4nt steroider. Med all sannolikhet kan vi inte p\u00e5 allvar s\u00e4ga att deras resultat kan uppn\u00e5s av en helt naturlig idrottare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dessutom arbetade Arthur Jones n\u00e4ra med Casey Viator och Boyer Coe f\u00f6r att marknadsf\u00f6ra sina maskiner och sin teori. Han annonserade mycket om muskel\u00f6kningarna de fick tack vare hans metod och maskiner. Enligt Colorado-experimentet 1973 ledd av Arthur Jones, fick Casey Viator (1970 Mister America och professionell kroppsbyggare) 63 pund (28 kg) muskler p\u00e5 28 dagar. \u00c4r det verkligen trov\u00e4rdigt att konstatera att dessa resultat uppn\u00e5ddes utan anv\u00e4ndning av steroider? Det steroidfria tillv\u00e4gag\u00e5ngss\u00e4ttet, l\u00f6ftet om muskel\u00f6kning i kombination med ett verkligt innovativt tillv\u00e4gag\u00e5ngss\u00e4tt f\u00f6rf\u00f6rde mig direkt. F\u00f6ljaktligen tr\u00e4nade jag enligt dessa principer i m\u00e5nader medan jag var v\u00e4ldigt ung. Men objektivt sett hade jag lite extra vinst j\u00e4mf\u00f6rt med vad jag fick genom vanliga tr\u00e4ningspass. Lite besviken \u00f6ver resultaten bytte jag mina tr\u00e4ningspass till de mer &quot;traditionella&quot;. Som alla naturliga ut\u00f6vare hade jag m\u00e5nga stagnationsfaser, varefter jag gick \u00f6ver till HIT igen och detta fortsatte och fortsatte i flera \u00e5r.
