I sj\u00e4lva verket \u00e4r det ibland n\u00f6dv\u00e4ndigt att utf\u00f6ra flera vetenskapliga unders\u00f6kningar (rektal unders\u00f6kning, biopsi, medicinsk bildbehandling, etc.) vilket kan ta l\u00e5ng tid, s\u00e4rskilt i regioner som \u00e4r lite medicinskt isolerade eller i l\u00e4nder d\u00e4r infrastrukturen f\u00f6r att bek\u00e4mpa cancer \u00e4r inte v\u00e4l utvecklade (och ja, den h\u00e4r artikeln \u00e4r \u00f6versatt till flera spr\u00e5k och refereras till i flera utvecklingsl\u00e4nder).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dessutom vill vissa m\u00e4nniskor ocks\u00e5 ha flera medicinska \u00e5sikter innan de best\u00e4mmer sig f\u00f6r n\u00e5gon behandling f\u00f6r prostatacancer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I vilket fall som helst \u00e4r det helt obestridligt att denna period av tvivel och hopp utg\u00f6r en avg\u00f6rande period f\u00f6r varje person (inklusive familj och n\u00e4ra och k\u00e4ra), s\u00e4rskilt p\u00e5 en psykologisk niv\u00e5.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det \u00e4r tydligt att \u00e4ven i de mest utvecklade l\u00e4nderna saknas s\u00e4rskilt medicinskt och psykologiskt st\u00f6d i detta avg\u00f6rande \u00f6gonblick.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Denna period motsvarar ofta den f\u00f6rsta psykologiska konfrontationen av en person (och deras n\u00e4ra och k\u00e4ra) med denna potentiella sjukdom. Det \u00e4r ganska kroniskt att det f\u00f6ruts\u00e4tter den mentala uppfattningen om sjukdomen och behandlingarna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a class=\"https:\/\/oray-life.com\/\" href=\"https:\/\/oray-life.com\/sv\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"https:\/\/oray-life.com\/ noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"256\" src=\"http:\/\/oray-life.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/www.oray-wine.com-copie.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-638\" srcset=\"https:\/\/oray-life.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/www.oray-wine.com-copie.webp 1024w, https:\/\/oray-life.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/www.oray-wine.com-copie-300x75.webp 300w, https:\/\/oray-life.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/www.oray-wine.com-copie-768x192.webp 768w, https:\/\/oray-life.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/www.oray-wine.com-copie-18x5.webp 18w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:52px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">F\u00f6rdelarna med fitness under denna pre-diagnosfas av prostatacancer<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ofta l\u00e4mnas i m\u00f6rker i flera veckor (eller till och med flera m\u00e5nader i vissa l\u00e4nder), m\u00e4nniskor som v\u00e4ntar p\u00e5 en definitiv medicinsk diagnos av prostatacancer har enligt min mening allt att vinna p\u00e5 att tr\u00e4na kondition (vid l\u00e5g till m\u00e5ttlig intensitet).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fitness \u00e4r faktiskt en fysisk aktivitet som drar nytta av enkel \u00e5tkomst i alla l\u00e4nder. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I de mest utvecklade l\u00e4nderna \u00e4r det vanligt att man kan hitta antingen ett gym i n\u00e4rheten, eller en utomhuspark med n\u00e5gra gatoutr\u00e4ningsanl\u00e4ggningar, eller att man snabbt kan f\u00e5 n\u00e5gra hantlar och annan utrustning levererad. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I utvecklingsl\u00e4nder erbjuder Fitness f\u00f6rdelen att vara en fysisk aktivitet som \u00e4ven kan ut\u00f6vas med kroppsvikt (hemma eller utomhus) och kr\u00e4ver d\u00e4rf\u00f6r ingen specifik utrustning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dessutom \u00e4r den andra stora f\u00f6rdelen med Fitness j\u00e4mf\u00f6rt med andra sportaktiviteter att det \u00e4r en individuell sport som inte kr\u00e4ver ett minsta antal personer. Det \u00e4r dock m\u00f6jligt att tr\u00e4na med v\u00e4nner eller skapa en liten grupp f\u00f6r att motivera sig sj\u00e4lv. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fitness har ocks\u00e5 f\u00f6rdelen av att vara helt flexibel, oavsett om det g\u00e4ller schema (under dagen, lunchrast, kv\u00e4ll, etc.) men ocks\u00e5 i intensiteten i tr\u00e4ningen. Den vetenskapliga forskningen \u00e4r enig om det absoluta behovet av att stoppa konsumtionen av dessa \u00e4mnen (cigaretter, alkohol, droger) s\u00e5 snabbt som m\u00f6jligt i samband med prostatacancer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Slutligen l\u00e5ter den &quot;h\u00e4lsosamma&quot; tr\u00e4ningen av Fitness dig l\u00e4ra dig hur du dechiffrerar etiketterna (proteiner, kolhydrater, lipider, vitaminer, fibrer, etc.) p\u00e5 livsmedel som finns tillg\u00e4ngliga i stormarknader.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:52px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fitness som ett psykologiskt ankare inf\u00f6r sjukdom<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Det stora problemet med den pre-diagnostiska fasen av prostatacancer \u00e4r att denna fas av os\u00e4kerhet \u00e4r totalt psykologiskt destruktiv f\u00f6r patienter och deras familjer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det \u00e4r faktiskt n\u00f6dv\u00e4ndigt att komma ih\u00e5g att ordet &quot;cancer&quot; \u00e4r det mest fruktade ordet p\u00e5 de flesta spr\u00e5k (<em>RJ Donovan, 2003<\/em>). N\u00e4r det v\u00e4l uttalats blir det huvudfokus f\u00f6r den ber\u00f6rda personen och dennes familj. Denna f\u00f6rvr\u00e4ngning blir snabbt totalt destruktiv f\u00f6r patientens och hans familjs moral och dagliga liv. Denna ankarpunkt kommer dock att betinga hela forts\u00e4ttningen av relationen med sjukdomen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I denna fas av os\u00e4kerhet verkar det mycket intressant att kunna f\u00f6resl\u00e5 en psykologisk ankarpunkt baserad p\u00e5 en idrottsut\u00f6vning (det \u00e4r egentligen inte n\u00f6dv\u00e4ndigt att detaljera populariteten och de v\u00e4rderingar som f\u00f6rmedlas av idrottsut\u00f6vningen \u00f6ver hela v\u00e4rlden) som kan f\u00f6lja patient p\u00e5 l\u00e5ng sikt inf\u00f6r sjukdomen samtidigt som den erbjuder f\u00f6rdelen av att vara flexibel och modul\u00e4r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a class=\"https:\/\/oray-life.com\/\" href=\"https:\/\/oray-life.com\/sv\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"https:\/\/oray-life.com\/
