If you are visiting New York and want to be able to continue your Fitness (Crossfit) training while visiting the city and enjoying a luxury Spa, here are my 3 favorite Spa-Fitness Hotels in New York City.

Casa Cipriani New York

If you are a fan of Crossfit or Pilates, Casa Cipriani New York will be a real little paradise for you because it will allow you to continue training in the best conditions. Indeed, this hotel offers a very large training space with all the equipment for CrossFit addicts. It also offers a very well-equipped space for Pilates practitioners. On the other hand, if you want to do your Fitness training there, you will only find the bare essentials (custom dumbbells, weight bench and some Fitness equipment) which should still be able to help you out for a few days. On the other hand, the Spa services are top notch. As for its location in the heart of the Financial District at the far South of Manhattan, this will allow you to go in a few minutes on foot: to the Ferry (the hotel is right next to Battery Park) to visit the Statue of Liberty, to Pier 15 to take a few walks or to Pier 17 to eat or enjoy an evening on its famous Rooftop.

Hotel Barrière Fouquet’s New York

Luxury with a little French touch in the middle of the Greenwich district, a young neighborhood that is very lively and that will allow you to enjoy the atmosphere on Friday and Saturday nights. As a fitness fan, this hotel is by far my favorite for my workouts when I stay in New York. Indeed, its Fitness Center is quite small but very well equipped with Technogym equipment and this allows me to continue training while enjoying the city. The indoor pool is small but very nice and intimate. The Spa treatments are great. Things to do on foot if you stay at the Fouquet’s Hotel in New York: Tribeca, West Village, Chinatown, walks along the Hudson River, Beach Volleyball and Mini-Golf at Pier 25.

The Ritz-Carlton New York, NoMad

Halfway between the Empire State Building and the Flatiron Building, the Ritz-Carlton hotel in New York offers an absolutely central location in Manhattan that will allow you to walk to Madison Square Garden in a few minutes. As for the Fitness Center, it is a little limited, a few Fitness machines, a few Cardio machines, this will only allow you to do the bare minimum in terms of Fitness training. For Crossfit fans, it will be difficult for you to be able to train there because the space is quite limited. I must admit that it is a little disappointing for a hotel of this standing. You will therefore have to take advantage of other services if you stay there, such as the bar or the fashion shows organized during New York Fashion Week.
