Whether you live in Milan or are a newcomer, here are my Top 3 favorite premium Fitness gyms in the city.

Aspria Harbour Club Milan

Nestled in a green setting on the outskirts of Milan, the Aspria Harbour Club offers incredible services: a superb outdoor Olympic swimming pool, an indoor swimming pool, tennis courts (indoor and outdoor), Padel courts, a very high-end clientele. It is a real pleasure every time I have the chance to go there. You can enjoy a weight training area with space and light, all well equipped with Technogym machines. You can even enjoy an outdoor training area that mixes Streetworkout and Crossfit. The rest of the services are very high-end with Spa, Sauna, massages, group classes, Pilates, Yoga … In short, if you are passing through the area and are looking for very high-end services to train, I strongly advise you to go to the Aspria Milano. As for the price, it will really depend on the services you choose and your commitment period, but expect between 250 and 300 euros per month.

Palestra Gold’s Gym Milano Palmanova

Be careful, be careful, this is not at all the same type of Fitness Center as at Aspria, here we are with people who like to give their all. This Fitness Gym is intended for athletes who like to train hard and who are not afraid to meet muscular guys. To come here, you have to like training and appreciate training in a legendary bodybuilding franchise. It is within the Gold’s Gym in Venice that the pages of the golden age of bodybuilding were written with Schwarzenegger and his ilk. Basically, it is a Fitness Center for enthusiasts. It is not really the place for a spa or a facial treatment. Nevertheless, it is the kind of Fitness Center that I like because I go there to train and the atmosphere motivates me to push my limits. I like going there because Gold’s Gym is also synonymous with photos of muscular bodies on the walls and a clientele in the same dynamic (a good old school atmosphere). Lazy people are not welcome there. The design of the place, the choice of equipment, the atmosphere and the slightly Californian side of the ambiance allow you to escape a little from the luxurious but sometimes a little idle places. The only downside of this Fitness Center is its Gym 80 equipment. Indeed, although this brand wants to position itself on a premium segment and offers a distinctive design, it offers very good Fitness equipment as well as very bad. I like some Gym 80 machines but I avoid many of them too, not to mention the design of their dumbbells which is closer to the low cost Ziva than the luxury Watson. The Matrix brand Cardio machines are also a little disappointing especially in Italy. However, I still advise you to take a look there if only to test a few sessions and see if you like the atmosphere. I recommend the Flex 1 month offer for 80 euros which will allow you to test, help you out or be a good complement to another Fitness Club. Gold’s Gym offers 2 Fitness Centers in Milan, one close to the business district (Monterosa) and the other in the immediate suburbs (Palmanova). My favorite by far is the one in Palmanova in terms of atmosphere and design.

Ceresio 7 Gym & Spa

With Cerezia 7 Gym we are returning to our usual standards. A room with Spa, outdoor and indoor swimming pool, cryotherapy, Technogym equipment… In addition, this Fitness Center is located in Milan near Piazza Gae Aulenti and Porta Garibaldi. I like the interior design of this Fitness Center and the view from the outdoor rooftop pool. A Fitness Center as I like them luxurious, safe, design and with a very high-end clientele. To train there, there is the possibility of a daily entry for 70 euros otherwise you will have to count between 200 and 320 euros per month depending on your duration of commitment with membership fees to be expected.
