Although the human body is a precision machine that can get out of whack and go wrong quickly, there’s no doubt that exercise, healthy food, quality sleep and willpower can really work wonders. I have seen many people with serious illnesses recover from the worst conditions through sport (no matter which sport). That’s why I love sport and I want to share this passion through this blog.


Far be it from me to advise you to abandon any medical treatment (as long as they are real medical treatments and not miracle solutions offered by charlatans). However, as soon as it is possible for you, I advise you to re-activate this precision mechanics through physical activity, any type of physical activity, even a simple walk, can help you.
